- Liability
Pro Ad Marketer shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits.
- Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client shall pay any outstanding fees owed to Pro Ad Marketer for services rendered.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
